The workmen that you employ are excellent, the plumber and the electrician are very professional and explained everything that they were doing, they worked fast but do not cut corners, they are only too pleased to help, they do a tremendous job and are a credit to the Company.

They were very clean in their work and covered all floor surfaces that they were walking on and kept any disruption to services to a minimum, every day they left us with working surfaces that we could use and also each evening cleaned everything up to a very high standard.

Dear Eddie,Just a note to say how thrilled we are with our new kitchen from yourselves and cannot speak highly enough of your Company.

Having had fairly bad experiences with poor companies in the past, we fully expected to encounter difficulties along the way, as seems to be the morn these days.

However, from the start to finish, you ensured that it was quite a painless experience and provided a thoroughly professional and personal service, is by far the best company we have ever dealt with.

The kitchen furniture and appliances are very good quality and the workmanship is exceptional.

Unfortunately, as you know, we kept moving the goalpost and changing things (!), but I was assured by yourselves that nothing was a problem and true to your word, it wasn’t.

Delivery was prompt and service second to none.

We would like to thank Rob who fitted the kitchen, his patience was endless and his communication and attention to detail are excellent. He definitely went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy with the finished product.

Dear Eddie,As a family, we would like to thank everyone a Tarleton for the amazing transformation of our main bathroom and downstairs cloakroom.

Both have seriously exceeded our initial concepts, whilst the levels of your service and professionalism have been outstanding.

From our first meeting with Eddie it was obvious he wanted to create what we needed and not just sell another bathroom. His can-do attitude of inclusion and explanation made the whole process easy to take on and understand.

The itemised proposal and 3D plans brought the job into reality, then everything actually happened in the order it was meant to, electricians arrived right on cue, the fitters, and we had two, Rob for the main bathroom and Mark for the cloakroom worked solidly with a care and attention to detail, as if it were their own home. Always polite they kept the area tidy and at the end of each day, there was obviously progress. All fuelled by regular cups of tea.
We have already become what feels a bit like a show home with three f our friends visiting on the same day, one is now in conversation with Eddie about their own bathroom.

In the final analysis, I would describe the whole process as totally stress-free from beginning to end. That’s what made us go back to Tarleton Kitchen and Bathroom for the second time.

All that remains is for me to tell to you how the finished rooms looked? They say a picture paints a thousand words.

Dear Eddie,We would like to thank you for the work that you have done at our house over the last 12 months. New kitchen, downstairs toilet, new bathroom and shower and finally built-in wardrobes we have certainly worked our way through your range!
You have planned all the installations very carefully and have provided excellent advice on suitable products/ materials – sorry it took so long to finally decide on the black granite but the end result is fantastic.Being an older house, the installation did have the odd hiccups (e.q. the collapse of the bathroom wall!) but you, Steve and Phil overcame these without a fuss. We would particularly like to thank Steve & Phil for overcoming the problems with the perished mortar in the rear wall.
The End result has been a complete transformation of our home.

Dear Eddie,
We have recently had a new bathroom fitted using the services of Tarleton Kitchens and Bathrooms. At the start of the project Eddie Ward created a couple of designs based on room dimensions, both of which were impressive. The one we chose was a completely different layout to the original bathroom and one which I would never have thought of myself.

Following receipt of the designs I met with Eddie, who talked me through the layouts, both listening very carefully to my vision of the finished bathroom and making suggestions as to which products would achieve the ‘look’ I wanted. Having the opportunity to look at the products in the showroom helped me to make my final decisions regarding both bathroom fittings and tiles.

Tarleton provided excellent service from the start to the completion of the project and the finished bathroom exceeded my expectations.
